Services Offered: I create custom digital artwork in various styles [Furry,SFW, NSFW, Stickers, YCHS etc.]. Commissions are for personal use unless otherwise agreed.

- Eligibility and Boundaries: Clients must be 18 years or older. I do not accept commissions involving illegal, hateful discriminatory, or explicit content (e.g., Feral, Gore , age play, incest, underage etc]. I reserve the right to refuse any commission for any reason, such as if it doesn't align with my skills, style, or values.

- Communication: All inquiries, discussions, and approvals will take place via [X or telegram]. I aim to respond within 48 hours during business days (Monday–Friday). Please provide clear references (e.g., character descriptions, images, or mood boards) to ensure accuracy

Add-Ons and Fees: Additional charges may apply for complexity (e.g., intricate details like props, patterns, or backgrounds) or extra revisions beyond the included amount.

- Payment Details: Payment is taken after the final sketch is approved, via PayPal (in GBP) and Monzo or direct bank transfer . For larger orders, a 50% non-refundable deposit may be required upfront to secure your slot. .

- Currency and Invoicing: All prices are in GBP (£). If paying from another currency, conversions are at the client's expense. An invoice will be provided upon request

Inquiry and Quote: Submit your idea with details (e.g., type of artwork, themes, references). I'll provide a custom quote and estimated timeline.

2. Sketch Phase: Initial sketches are shared for feedback. You can request changes here (up to 2 free minor revisions, e.g., pose or expression tweaks).

3. Lineart and Coloring: Progress updates provided; minor adjustments possible before final approval.

4. Final Delivery: High-resolution files (e.g., PNG or file] sent via [e.g., email, and telegram]. No physical items are provided.

- Revisions: Up to 2 free minor revisions during the sketch phase. Major changes(e.g., complete redesigns) or additional revisions cost extra. Changes after lineart approval may incur full rework fees or lead to project cancellation.

- Turnaround Time: 1–4 weeks depending on complexity and queue. Delays due to client feedback or unforeseen issues (e.g., illness) will be communicated promptly. Rush options available at extra cost.

- Updates: You'll receive regular progress updates (e.g., every 3–5 days) via our agreed communication channel.

Copyright Ownership: I retain full copyright and ownership of the artwork, including the right to use it for my portfolio, social media, promotions, or personaldisplays (with credit to you for original characters if applicable).

- Client License: You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non transferable license for non-commercial use (e.g., personal avatars, profiles, or private prints). You may share the art online with credit to me.

- Prohibited Actions: You may not: - Use the artwork commercially (e.g., for merchandise, ads, or resale) without prior agreement. - Modify, trace, or reproduce the artwork without permission. - Feed the artwork into AI generators, training models, or any automated systems. Character Rights: I do not claim ownership of your original characters; however, the specific artwork rendition remains mine.

Warranties: Artwork is provided "as is" without guarantees beyond the described services. I strive for quality but am not liable for issues like file compatibility or thirdparty platform changes.

- Data Privacy: I respect your privacy and won't share personal details without consent. References provided may be stored for project purposes only.
